A DIRECTOR and founder member of the company (established in 1992).
David spent 17 years at sea with P&O (Trident Tankers), P&O Bulk Shipping Division and P&O Gas Carriers Division (formed in 1972) from Apprentice up to Master. He served as CHIEF OFFICER and MASTER exclusively on LPG and LNG gas carriers. On coming ashore he undertook the re-writing of the P&O in-house Liquefied Gas Operations Manual.

He came ashore in 1983 and was employed (up until 1985) by Watson Gray and Inspectorate, as SOUTHAMPTON AREA MANAGER, with responsibility for custody transfer of Crude Oils, Products and Liquefied Petroleum Gases into all area terminals.

He then joined the firm of T.J.Gunner & Sons Ltd and was employed as a MARINE SURVEYOR & CONSULTANT (employee and independent consultant) up until 1992.

He became a Director, and founder member, of APC Ltd in 1992 and is employed as a Marine Consultant.

He specialises in LPG, LNG and Chemical Gases quantity and quality disputes.
