APC Maritime Services Ltd (APCMS) was formed in 2001, as the non-litigious arm of Associated Petroleum Consultants Ltd (APC). The APCMS fee structure is negotiable, depending on the task to be performed. APC Maritime Services Ltd will provide their best endeavour to :

• Attend on board vessels prior to the attendance of a vetting inspector, to assess suitability status. To provide Owners and Masters with any recommendations and to include identification of possible points of failure.
• To liaise with Owner's superintendents in respect to vetting inspections and requirements.
• To carry out intermediate checks to ensure that vessels are kept up to standard.
• To undertake oil loss control investigation surveys on vessels and in terminals, on a world-wide basis.
• To investigate cargo contaminations.
• To attend on board vessels to advise on tank cleaning procedures.
• To attend at terminals for the purpose of safety audits.
• To undertake surveys of vessel's hull and machinery.
