Cargo Assurance

Attendance to monitor cargo loadings & discharges to ensure that principals areprotected during these operations. These attendances an be to monitor shipboard operation, independent inspector performance or terminal procedures and can cover both quantity & quality issues.

Terminal Operations

Attend & monitor terminal operational procedure and, if necessary, update or rewrite operational manuals.

Shipboard Operations

Investigate shipboard damage caused by collision, poor fuel quality or crew failure.

Training

Provide training courses for terminal personnel, vessel crews etc.

Provide a process for the removal of residues from storage tanks by a simple chemical reaction which generates ebullience and heat to break down the residues. These residues are then dissolved into a solvent and recovered as a usable oil. Provide a process to clear laydown residues from pipeline systems to recover higher throughput rates. Provide a process to clear, or unblock, downhole systems to recover higher production rates.
